The real problem

Your marketing isn't broken. It's disconnected.

Most growing companies don't need another campaign. They need the campaign, the sales conversation and the follow-through to work as one system, with clear goals, clear roles, clean data and regular feedback loops.

  • 01

Leads come in but don't convert

Money goes into the top of the funnel and leaks out the middle.

  • 02

Sales and marketing tell different stories

Each team is busy, and nobody owns the number from first click to closed deal.

  • 03

    The data can't be trusted

Reports say one thing, the bank account says another, so decisions run on gut.

Two ways I work

Big-brand lessons, sized for where you are.

For new and starting businesses

Launch right

The playbook from rebrands, launches and high-volume sales teams, at a price a startup can afford. Positioning, the first marketing system and a sales path that converts from day one.

It's my way of giving back: every local business that launches well makes Utah County's economy stronger and more varied.

For established brands, a few at a time

Sharpen the signal

For established brands that need their message, content and public image tuned. I take on only a few at a time, so each one gets senior attention.

Messaging, content output, brand presence and how the whole picture lands with the people you want to reach.

The approach
4P's, equal weight

People, process, product and performance.

"You can't skip one and expect the others to carry it."
01

People

The right roles, trained well and pointed at the same goal. I've built and led sales teams, and I start with the humans who carry the message.

  • Roles & ownership
  • Sales training
  • Hiring & onboarding
02

Process

The path from first touch to closed deal, written down and run the same way every time, with feedback loops that catch problems early.

  • Lead-to-close path
  • Pipeline cadence
  • Feedback loops
03

Product

Positioning that makes the offer obvious. Who it's for, why it wins and how it's said, from the brand down to the flyer.

  • Positioning
  • Rebrands
  • Launches
04

Performance

The books call performance a byproduct of the other three. It isn't. KPIs, follow-up schedules and clear goals get the same attention as the people, the process and the product.

  • Conversion
  • Clean data
  • Revenue reporting
How I start

The best channel, not every channel.

There are a million ways to market a company. You don't need TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn all at once. You need the one thing that moves the needle most, then more of what the numbers prove.

01

Where you are. What you're doing today, and what's actually working.

02

Where you've been. What's been tried, and why it stalled.

03

Where you want to go. A real number, with a real plan behind it.

04

What moves the needle. Start there, read the numbers, pivot.

Targeted beats loud

My highest-converting ad reached fewer people on purpose: members who live nearby and stay. Smaller and sharper beats a shotgun blast.

Ads and sales say the same thing

If the ad promises one thing and the sales rep pitches another, the lead is wasted. Marketing and sales leaders meet every week on how it's framed and sold.

Brand

Product marketing for 25+ private brands

Hired at 18 as an account executive selling brands to corporate buyers. By 19 I was presenting in a Kroger boardroom, while studying marketing with a minor in psychology.

Sales

150% of quota by month two

A five-year non-compete pushed me out of marketing, so I learned sales: a SaaS product for healthcare providers, Medicare insurance, door-to-door, and selling to door-to-door managers.

Leadership

A team of about 80, and 500+ reps trained

At 22, without a degree, leading 80 people in a 2,500-person company. My team went from 10 to about 15 reps on the company leaderboard.Where the fourth P, performance, came from

Marketing lead

Headhunted to run marketing

Two rebrands, three product launches, and every flyer and press release redone.

Press

A Utah County event venue in its first two years earned 11 features across British Vogue and Vogue Retail.

It came after rebuilding the venue's sales process, and it led to VIP tickets to New York Fashion Week because I asked for them. Also: a Business Elites 30 Under 30 nomination, and a guest spot on the D2D Podcast.

Features were of the venue Dante markets, across British Vogue and US digital Vogue.

About

I specialize in building revenue systems, not just campaigns.

I started at Subway at 16 and still keep it on my résumé. Since then: brand marketing in corporate boardrooms, quota-carrying sales, door-to-door, leading 80 reps, and running marketing for 11 companies at once.

That mix is the point. I don't treat marketing as a department on its own. I look at the whole path, from the first impression to the closed deal to the next referral, and I fix the parts that aren't pulling their weight.

Radical candor

Honest, kind, direct.

Remember your why

Strategy starts with purpose.

Remove the ego

The best idea wins.

"It's hard to be poor. It's also hard to be rich. Choose your hard."And on my mirror: "Be fearlessly authentic."

Born in Utah, raised a military kid. Mom of two boys and two dogs. Hiking, cars and travel when I'm not working.
